機材保管庫も兼ねた大容量のクリエイティブオフィス
撮影用機材のレンタルを行う「小輝日文」。以前はレンタル機材の保守点検を行う作業場や倉庫、オフィスが複数のビルに分散しており業務効率上問題があったために移転を決意。移転先に選んだ元倉庫をリノベーションし、作業場・倉庫・オフィスを1カ所に集約した。業務が効率化されるとともに、内装をカフェのような雰囲気の設えとしたことで顧客からの反応も上々という。業務が深夜早朝におよぶこともあるため24時間利用できる貨物用エレベーターがあったのも物件選びの決め手に。
