コア・テナント誘致で未稼働だった古い倉庫をバリューアップ
憩いの空間・人気のカフェはテナントも呼び込む
かつての倉庫街・清澄白河に誕生したカフェ「iki ESPRESSO TOKYO」。同店が入居する元倉庫のオーナーは、当初はリノベーションに気乗り薄だったという。そんなオーナーを動かしたのは「1階にカフェを誘致することでバリューアップさせ、建物全体を再活性化させる」というイーソーコ担当者の提案だ。
“オセアニアのカフェ文化を発信したい”という「iki Espresso」は開店以来連日満員。1階に魅力的な店舗が入居したことで上階もすぐにテナントが決まった。かつての倉庫は、地元に愛される憩いの空間になりつつある。
