高い天井と広い空間を求めて、物件探しに約2年。仕事帰りのオフィスワーカーにも気軽に寄ってもらえる立地に見つけた天井高4m50cm・約60坪の大空間との出会いが、葛飾区内初のボルダリングジム「BEAR’S ROCK」を誕生させた。
大規模な室内造作もオーナーとテナントとの協業でスムーズにすすみ、物件契約からオープンまではわずか1月半で実現した。手慣れたように感じるが、実はオーナーは初めてのテナント募集、テナントも初めてのジム運営。イーソーコ担当者が間に入り、橋渡しをすることで双方が納得できる協力体制を創り上げ、win-winの関係に。
